For leaders · Career & burnout coaching
You’re not bad at your job, you’re just exhausted from proving you’re good at it.
I coach leaders, especially women in leadership roles, who are still delivering on paper while running out of everything else behind the scenes. We work out what’s draining you, what’s yours to change and what isn’t, and what you want your work to look like from here.
Does any of this sound familiar?
These come straight from what the executives in my research told me. Tick the ones that ring true.
Ways we can work together
Every engagement starts with a free conversation. Pricing depends on scope, so let’s talk about what you need first.
Burnout recovery coaching
For when you’re depleted and still showing up. We separate the structural pressures from the internal ones, rebuild your energy, and set boundaries you can actually keep.
Format: [e.g. 1:1 sessions over a set number of months]
Career strategy & transitions
Stay, stretch, pivot or leave? We get clear on what you want, what you’re great at, and the move that fits, then plan it like the operator you are.
Format: [e.g. focused sprint or ongoing sessions]
Coaching for women executives
For the double standard, the “office mom” tasks, and the voice that says you’re not quite qualified. Practical support from someone who has held the title and felt all of it.
Format: [e.g. 1:1 ongoing coaching]
Why me
I didn’t recognize my first burnout. I definitely recognized the second.
The first time was early in my career. I was working 16 hour days and leading a team, but I loved the work and the people. I didn’t know what was happening, so I didn’t fix anything, and it came back harder years later in the C-suite. That time I saw it for what it was and changed a lot of things, inside work and out.
That experience is why I started mentoring women in tech, why I became a coach, and why I went back to school to get my MBA. My coaching draws on that research, on fifteen-plus years of running teams, and on the very real experience of being the only woman in the room.
More about me →Questions people ask
Is this therapy?
No. I’m a coach, not a therapist or a doctor. Coaching works on the practical side: your work, your patterns, your plan. If what you’re dealing with needs clinical support, I’ll say so honestly and help you find it, and coaching can run alongside it.
How do I know if it’s burnout or just a hard season?
Honestly, you don’t have to know before we talk. In my research, most leaders only saw the full picture with some distance. The intro call is a good place to start untangling it.
Do I have to be a woman executive?
Not at all. My research focuses on women in senior roles, and a lot of my clients are, but I work with people of any gender and level of senority who are dealing with burnout or a career crossroads.
Is this confidential?
Yes. What we talk about stays between us. If your employer is paying, they'll just know that you're receiving career coaching.
Can my company pay for it?
Often, yes. Many leaders use a learning and development or coaching budget. I’m happy to provide whatever paperwork your company needs.
You don’t have to have it figured out to book the call.
That’s sort of the point of the call.
